Retractable Fabric Awnings
Prestige Shade installs three types of retractable awnings: The Sunesta, The Sunstyle, and The Sunlight. Each type is available in four frame colors, plus black for select models, and over 130 different fabric selections, including solid colors and a variety of patterns. With Sunesta’s proprietary Smart Mount system, you can attach your awning to an exterior wall, overhang, or roof. Maximum dimensions vary by model:
The Sunesta: Custom sizes available with projections up to 14 feet, 8 inches, and widths up to 40 feet
The Sunstyle: Custom sizes available with projections up to 11 feet, 6 inches, and widths up to 40 feet
The Sunlight: Custom sizes available with projections up to 10 feet and widths up to 24 feet
Each style is backed by a limited lifetime warranty on the frame, as well as 10-year fabric and five-year motor warranties. Customers can choose from manual or motorized awnings. Optional features include remote control powered retractable sun shades and various valance styles and sizes.
Screens
Retractable screens not only offer shade but also protection from the elements and added privacy. Sunesta brand screens are retractable and make a great fit for covered patios, porches, lanais, and pergolas. Prestige Shade offers two types of retractable shade screens: The Sunroll and The Sentry. Both systems are highly customizable, with multiple frame colors and more than a dozen different types of screen fabrics. You can choose a tightly woven screen for more privacy, or a more open screen to let in more sunlight.
The Sunroll is available in widths up to 20 feet and drops up to 12 feet. The Sentry is available in small and medium sizes:
Small: Up to 10 feet wide, up to an 8-foot drop
Medium: Up to 18 feet wide, up to a 12-foot drop With The Sentry, you can also choose from four different mounting options depending on the type of structure you want to enclose. Customers may opt for:
- Inside mount
- Recessed mount
- Surface mount
- Distance mount
The Sunroll and The Sentry both come with up to 10-year fabric and frame warranties depending on the screen fabric selection, as well as five-year motor warranties.
Window & Door Awnings
Prestige Shade also offers The Sunbrero, a mounted awning for windows or doors. The Sunbrero helps regulate the temperature in your home, offers extra protection from inclement weather, and adds visual interest. Available in over 100 fabric selections, you can choose an awning color that coordinates with your exterior color palette.

- Smart Mount pull-up kit
- Smart Mount storm strap kit
- Smart Mount rafter bars for additional base support
All standard mounting hardware is included with the purchase of The Sunbrero.
